Is this available now?
No. It’s the next thing after the learner product, and we’d rather build it with the companies on this list than guess. Register and we’ll talk to you before we write a line of it.
What do we need to give you?
An afternoon. A glossary, a sketch of who’s who, the documents a new starter meets in week one, and a few real conversations. Or ten minutes talking to Litani about how you work. No integrations, no IT project.
What does an employee actually do in it?
They rehearse the things that are coming: the first stand-up, the client call, the kickoff, in your real vocabulary. Then the same for the country they’ve landed in, the flat viewing, the doctor, the school run.
Where does our data go?
Into one sealed memory for your company. It never trains a shared model and never leaves your space. Each employee’s own practice stays private to them.
Which languages?
Ten: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin. The destination language has to be one of them, whether that is your company’s language or the country you’re sending people to.
What will it cost?
Not set yet. It will attach to the relocation budget you already have, per company space and per employee, and the first companies on the list help set it.
